The App provides users with dream analysis and interpretation using artificial intelligence. The interpretations provided are for entertainment purposes only and should not be considered professional advice or guidance.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
4. User Accounts
You may need to create an account to access certain features of the App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose or in any way that might harm, damage, or disparage any other party. You also agree not to:
- Use the App in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the App or interfere with any other party’s use of the App.
- Use any robot, spider, or other automatic device, process, or means to access the App for any purpose, including monitoring or copying any of the material on the App.
- Introduce any viruses, Trojan horses, worms, logic bombs, or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful.
6. Intellectual Property
The App and its entire contents, features, and functionality are owned by Dreamrealm, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Dreamrealm makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the App or the information, content, materials, or products included on the App. You expressly agree that your use of the App is at your sole risk.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Dreamrealm, its directors, officers, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the App; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (iii) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the App; (iv) any bugs, viruses, Trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the App by any third party; (v) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the App; and/or (vi) the defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of any third party.
9. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Dreamrealm, its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees) arising from: (i) your use of and access to the App; (ii) your violation of any term of these Terms; (iii) your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right; or (iv) any claim that your use of the App caused damage to a third party.
10. Modifications to the App and Terms
Dreamrealm reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the App (or any part thereof) with or without notice. Dreamrealm may also modify these Terms from time to time. If we make changes, we will notify you by revising the “Last Updated” date at the top of these Terms. By continuing to access or use the App after those changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Dreamrealm operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
